NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 20, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA000932000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN TRAVIS MITCHELL A/K/A STEPHEN MITCHELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, KISSENGEN ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 30 of the public records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
