DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FM1, is Plaintiff and MOHAMMED B. AHSAN A/K/A MOHAMMED AHSAN; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 43, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 1, VILLAGE 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 8 THRU 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
