NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2017, and entered in 11-2016-CA-000678-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A. SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEARN STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE9 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE9 is the Plaintiff and LEONARDO CEULLAR; TERESA CUELLAR; MY EXIT, LLC; CLERK OF THE COURTS IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on August 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the west 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the north 1/2 of the southwest 1/4, less the west 35 feet thereof, dedicated for road purposes, lying in and being a part of section 14, township 49 south, range 27 east, collier county, florida.
