NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001577-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wilmington Trust Company, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-19, is the Plaintiff and Todd Barclay Jones, Gry Hamberg, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Mrs. Jones, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Tom Gridley, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31 day of AUGUST, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
