NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will, on the 31 day of August, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, in the Clerk's Office, Third Floor LOBBY, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Government Complex, Naples, Florida, 34112 offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit: that certain condominium parcel composed of Unit O-101, Canterbury Village, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common element appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 1399, Pages 576 thorugh 645, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto, and more commonly known as 1392 Churchill Circle, Unit O-101, Naples, Florida 34116, pursuant to the final decree of foreclosure entered in a case pending in said court, the style of which is Canterbury Condominium Associaiton, Inc. vs. U.S. Bank National Association, Trustee Resident Asset Mortgage Products, Inc. Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-NC1; Board of County Commissioners Collier County, Florida; any and all Unknown Tenants and/or Occupants of 1392 Churchill Circle, Unit O-101, Naples, Florida 34116; and any and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, Case No. 2017-CA-000729.

IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
