Unit No. 9, in Building 108, of Granada Lakes Villas Condominium, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3969, Page 1537, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common element appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
has been filed against Nadia Gaber and Unknown Spouse of Nadia Gaber n/k/a Sean McGregor Coutts and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney Patricia J. Potter, Esq., whose address is Siesky, Pilon & Potter, 3435 Tenth Street North, Suite 303, Naples, Florida 34103 on or before : Friday, September 15, 2017, a date that is within thirty (30) days after first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
