PRESCOTT, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUFUS F. PRESCOTT, that an action to foreclose on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 34, LELY COUNTRY CLUB, TORREY PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS 131 Torrey Pines Point, Naples, FL 34113.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tompkins A. Foster, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is, 121 S.
