NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause on November 14, 2016 and Order on Plaintiff 's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure sale entered in the above styled cause on July 18, 2017 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LOUIS SANTANA A/K/A LOUIS SANTANA, JR., LUANA L. SANTANA, OUTLAW RIDGE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida at a public online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 of Florida Statutes on September 5, 2017, beginning at 11:00 A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, legally described as follows:
Lot 8, Outlaw Ridge, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 59, Page(s) 73 through 88, inclusive of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the prope1iy owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
