NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-003072-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and EDITH PHYLIPS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of September, 2017, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF PORT RICHEY, PASCO COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 5332, PAGE 910, ID # 11-25-16-016A-00000-1970, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS: LOT 197, BEAR CREEK SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 134-136, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
