NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated July 21, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015CA001727CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Dale P. Eldemire; Julie Ann Eldemire are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 615 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF LEISURE HILLS SUBDIVISION, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
