NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2017, and entered in Case No. 512016CA000679CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and PAUL GALAJDA; KELLY GALAJDA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 905, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 9-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
