NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2017, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005534 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and Russell Calamia as Successor Trustee of the Irving B. Calamia and Anne L. Calamia Revocable Trust Dated 07-03-1990; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Irving B. Calamia and Anne L. Calamia Revocable Trust Dated 07-03-1990; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; United States of America on Behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Englewood Isles Improvement Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 5th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK G, ENGLEWOOD ISLES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
