NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 30, LONGWOOD RUN SUBDIVISION, PHASE IV, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 37, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Sarasota County at 9:00 a.m. on August 28, 2017 VIA THE INTERNET: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
