Starting at the NE corner of Lot 5, HUMPHREY'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 6, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning, thence run West 86 feet, thence South 104 feet, thence East 86 feet; thence North 104 feet, to the Point of Beginning, LESS lands conveyed to Sarasota County by deed recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2009023657.

Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 5, HUMPHREY'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 6, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, thence North along the East line of said lot 80 feet, thence West and parallel to the South line of said lot 5, 110 feet, thence South and parallel to the East line of said lot 80 feet, thence East along the South line of said lot 5, 110 feet to the Point of Beginning, less lands conveyed to Sarasota County recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2008166026 and Official Records Instrument No. 2008166039.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2639 Fruitville Rd., Suite 203, Sarasota, Florida 34237, on September 11, 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
