NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-CA-010377 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for MFRA Trust 2015-2 is the Plaintiff and Yolanda Velez A/K/A Yolanda Soler; The Unknown Spouse Of Yolanda Velez A/K/A Yolanda Soler; William Velez; The Unknown Spouse Of William Velez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Fawn Ridge Maintenance Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 31st day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 5, FAWN RIDGE VILLAGE F, UNIT NO. 2 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, AT PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
