NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 05, 2017, and entered in 16-CA-008522 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOE FRANK SPANO, DECEASED; RITA SCHAEFER; ELIZABETH YACOBACK; FRANK SPANO; EDWARD SPANO; MAGGIE SPANO; ROBERT SPANO; JOSEPH SPANO; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; COUNTRY PLACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
