NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 6, 2017 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-002540, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST NIDIA C. ESTRADA, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NIDIA C. ESTRADA; HERITAGE ISLES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; NASSAU POINTE AT HERITAGE ISLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LIANI LOPEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LIANI LOPEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
