Incapacitated Person.
The guardianship of GARY WAYNE MADDY, a disabled Veteran, (the “Ward”) is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 COURT ST, CLEARWATER, FL 33756. The name and address of the Guardian of the Property and the attorney for the Guardian are set forth below.
The Ward has an ownership interest in a single family home located at 5800 28th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, more particularly described as: Sheryl Manor Unit 4 2ND Add Blk 5, Lot 14.
The Guardian intends to sell this real property and shall make application to the Court for authority to sell such real estate on Friday, September 8th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Honorable Judge Mark Shames located at the St. Petersburg Judicial Building, 545 1st Avenue, North, Room 312, St. Petersburg, Florida. Anyone wishing to comment on the sale is welcome to appear. This Notice is being provided pursuant to F.S. 744.631.
