NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 2nd day of August, 2017, and entered in Case No.: 16-005772CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLLP FKA MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, ITS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and TERRI POYTRESS AKA TERRI L. POYTHRESS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRI POYTRESS AKA TERRI L. POYTHRESS; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC FKA FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; FIDELITY SOUTHERN CORPORATION DBA FIDELITY BANK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
