NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 12th day of September, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com , the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Orange County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 686, EAST ORLANDO SECTION SEVEN, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 73-74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3833 Bryston Drive, Orlando, Florida 32822.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2016-CA-000633 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
