NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 2, 2017 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on September 6, 2017 the following property described below, situated in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY:
Lot 24, Block F, Section One, Floridana Mobile Homesite Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 7, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
