BAYADA House Calls announces the closing of their medical practice on September 29, 2017 and will no longer service patients after that date. The office will begin immediately to transfer patient medical records to other physicians upon patient request. Patients should call 267-800-1009 if they need to obtain their medical records after September 29, 2017.
