Trust 2006-NC4, is the Plaintiff and Assets Recovery Center Investments, LLC., Equity Direct Mortgage Corp., Imperialakes Community Services Association I, Inc., Kristina Urquhart, Scott Urquhart, Unknown Tenant N/K/A Justin Urquart, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 12th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
