NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and JAMES CURTIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES CURTIS N/K/A RICHARD MUSE; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION FKA MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Stacy Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court for POLK County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
