NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001776000000, of Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein, LPC FUND, LLC, Plaintiff, and RICO'S PLACE, LLC, et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 14th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
