NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002938 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET-BACKED CERIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is Plaintiff, and WENDY COLLETTI, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 11th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1678, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT SEVEN, PHASE 3, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 18 AND 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3283 Piccard Loop, New Port Richey, Florida 34655-3205
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
