NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA001064CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MORA OLIVA, IVAN F., et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAULA O'NEIL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 11, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
