NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001808 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-18CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18CB , Plaintiff, and, ABOUCHROUCHE, CHAKER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O'Neal, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of September, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 37, OAK CREEK PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 40-52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
