Condrack, As Co-Trustees U/A Dated August 11, 2003, Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association, Inc, Prestancia Community Association, Inc, Unknown Beneficiaries Of James C. Condrack, Jr, And Joyce A. Condrack Trust U/A Dated August 11, 2003, Unknown Tenants/Owners, Villa Fiore Home Owner's Association, Inc. (Aka) Villa Fiore at Prestancia Homeowner's Association, Inc., Unknown Tenants/Owners, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13th of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
