NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 017754 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSMC 2006-2 is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY J MASARIK, JR., ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7TH day of September, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 21, Township 36 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida; thence North 89 Degrees 50`45” West and along the South line of Section 21, a distance of 50.00 feet, thence North 02 Degrees 36`03” West and parallel to the East line of said Section 21, a distance of 642.51 feet to the true Point of Beginning, thence North 89 Degrees 58`16” West, and parallel to the South line of Fruitville Road, 592.15 feet, North 01 Degrees 50`38” West, a distance of 370.80 feet; thence South 89 Degrees 58`16” East, 587.09 feet to the West right-of-way line of Oak Ford Road; thence South 02 Degrees 36`03” East and along said right-of-way, 370.99 feet to the true Place of Beginning. ALSO TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over and across the following described property: all that parcel of land being the East 50.05+ feet of Section 21, Township 36 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida lying South of Fruitville Road (S.R. 780) and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 21 said point also being the intersection of Sections 21,22,27 and 28; thence North 89 Degrees 53`30” West along the South line of Section 21, 50.06 feet, thence North 02 Degrees 36`38” West, along a line parallel to and 50 feet Westerly of the East line of Section 21, 2606.30 feet to the centerline of Fruitville Road (S.R. 780), thence North 89 Degrees 55`06” East along said centerline 50.05 feet to the East line of Section 21; thence South 02 Degrees 36`38” East along said section line, 2606.46 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
