NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 2, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-009153, Division N, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and
for Hillsborough County, Florida, herein Advanta IRA Services, LLC fbo Linda Bailey IRA 8002275 is Plaintiff, and Trustworthy Trustee Corporation, as Trustee of the Trust Darlington 128 UTA dated January 2, 2008 is the Defendant.
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 5th day of September 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22 in Block 16 of CLAIR MEL CITY, UNIT #6, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 6, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
