NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-005353-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, SASCO MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 1999-BC4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1999-BC4, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JACK C. KOCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK C. KOCH; KIMBERLY HENDRON A/K/A KIMBERLY NAVARRO HENDRON; DAMION NAVARRO; JON PAUL NAVARRO; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 67.5 FEET OF THE EAST 130 FEET TO THE NORTH 1/2 OF SOUTH 1/2 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, LESS THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD PURPOSES, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
