YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, 9th FAIRWAY CONDOMINIUM AT GREEN DOLPHIN PARK, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 1745 GREEN DOLPHIN PARK MID-RISE, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5465, Page 638, et seq., and including all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 66, Pages 78-83, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1745 Golfview Drive, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 9-18-17, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
