NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-8141-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TARPON COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ESTATE OF PHILIP A. CARROLL; CHARLES CARROLL; PHILIP EDWARD CARROLL; CHARLES CARROLL; REGIONS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [x] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7 day of September, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 35, Building D and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of TARPON COVE, A CONDOMINIUM and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 5153, page 1813 et seq., and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, page 14 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida.
