NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-004459-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF JUDITH RYERSON, DECEASED; ERIC ANDREW RYERSON, HEIR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC ANDREW RYERSON, HEIR; ROBERT RUSSELL RYERSON II, HEIR; DIRK EDWARD RYERSON, HEIR; DODI J. RYERSON; KELLY JEANNE RYERSON; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 211, INC.; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

JAMISON HOUSE, UNIT NO.301, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 211, A CONDOMINIUM, AND BEING DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED DECEMBER 5, 1973, IN O.R. BOOK 4110, PAGE 1025, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 73-169487, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 54, 55 AND 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
