NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Partial Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem (Count II) in the above-captioned matter, the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as: Florida Alcoholic Beverage License No. 62-08383, a Series 4COP alcoholic beverage license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for use in Pinellas County, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 29, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
