NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2017, entered in Case No. 10-000906-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff and Michelle Lee Williams; The Unknown Spouse of Michelle Lee Williams; Ashley Kim Keblys; Tamotsu Sakuma; Kazuko Sakuma; Merideth L. Fraizer; Steven G. Moore SR.; Any and All Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; GTE Federal Credit Union; State of Florida; Pinellas County; Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court; Motor Credit Corporation; United States of America; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Tenant #1 N/K/A Pam Roosa; Tenant #2 N/K/A Karen Moore are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, TYRONE SUBDIVISION BLOCK 57 REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
