NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-006115-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Jarred Lovell; Unknown Spouse of Jarred Lovell; Sunset Pointe Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 6, OF SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 37 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
