AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and PAUL VAIRO; SUSAN VAIRO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN VAIRO; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; NORTHFIELD AT LANSBROOK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOE WILLIAMS; GREEN EMERALD HOMES, LLC are the Defendant(s).
