NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2015, and entered in 09-004792-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE MARRIOTT A/K/A CHRISTINE LYNN MARRIOTT; LANDMARK TOWERS AT SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 703, LANDMARK TOWERS ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 19 THROUGH 30, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4219, PAGES 1612-1659, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
