Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 243, THE SANDALWOOD, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium dated May 22, 1979, filed May 23, 1979 at Clerks File No. 79083895 thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 4858, pages 80 through 141, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, pages 36 through 48, inclusive and amended in Condominium Plat Book 35, page 43 et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 10800 Us Hwy 19 N #243, Pinellas Park, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Pinellas County public auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on 12 day of October, 2017 at 10 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
