NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-006242 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Trust 2003-CL1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2003-CL1, Plaintiff and Sherri L. Sibilia and Nicholas Sibilia and Stacy Sibilia and Amber Sibilia and Danielle Sabilia and Jessica Sabilia are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 6, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION TENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67 PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
