NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2017 entered in Case No.: 2015-2060-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ALLIANCE REALTY CAPITAL, LLC, is the Plaintiff and, THOMAS DWYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS DWYER; THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE as Unknown Tenants in Possession, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named, are defendants. The clerk of this court shall sell the subject property at public sale on September 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM, to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale at the website, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
