Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 17-3373-CO-042, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 317, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARES OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE FRENCH QUARTER NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 116 THROUGH 121, INCLUSIVE AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4916, PAGES 929 THROUGH 980, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on September 28, 2017. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
