NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-005802-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and DARREN MANUEL RIOUX A/K/A DARREN M. RIOUX, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 25, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 34 AND 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
