NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-000492-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and THOMAS J. WEIGAND; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CAVALRY SPVI, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF BANK OF AMERICA/FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 6 day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 410, BUILDING “O”, TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, PHASE IV, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, PHASE IV, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5368, PAGES 1175 THROUGH 1236, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 38 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
