NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-008073-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Finance of America Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and James H. Woods Jr.; Maurine J. Woods; Queen Anne Gate Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, QUEEN ANNE GATE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 62-64, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
