has been filed against you. You are required to file written defenses with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy on or before 9/28/2017 of this notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Anne M. Malley, P.A., 36739 State Road 52, Suite 213, Dade City, FL 33525, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
