NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2017-CA-000536-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of September, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 1203, in Building No. 12, of Vista III at Heritage Bay, A Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4322, Page 3638, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
