NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, Or Against, Jacinto Pontides A/K/A Jacinto Pondites A/K/A Jacinto F. Pontides A/K/A Jacinto Francisco Pontides A/K/A Jacinton F. Pontides, Deceased; United States Of America On Behalf Of U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the September 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 68, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
